Experiment on operational process of a polo shirt
Introduction:
Polo shirt is one of the stylish
apparels in the world. This type of shirt could be made of cotton or synthetic
fibers. Its sewing operation is done with great care. It is near similar to Tee
shirt. After passing the cutting section different cut parts are assembled in
the sewing section by sewing operation.
Objective:

Machines needed:
Lockstitch,
over lock stitch, Flatbed, Button holing & button attaching machines are
mainly required for sewing a basic polo shirt.

Box & placket sewing:
Placket is very important part of a polo shirt. So it is done with great care. Placket has two parts one is button stand another one is button holing. Upper part contains button holes & lower part contains buttons.
